MISSION STATEMENT/PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY:
My approach to practicing law is to be patient, compassionate, and understanding with my clients and aggressive, professional and fair with my adversaries.  I take a "hands on" approach to my cases to ensure each client has my personal attention.  I do not pass off clients to support staff or associates. In addition, I take the time to respond to clients' questions.  I try to return phone calls the day I receive them and no later than 24 hours. I keep my clients updated on developments in their cases and enjoy educating my clients concerning the laws and the procedures affecting them.  I firmly believe that better informed and educated clients make better decisions concerning their cases.  Finally, I place my clients' interests above my own because I view practicing law as a profession and not simply a business.
